CoreXchange Launches New Enterprise-Class Dallas Colocation Facility with Same High-Performance Connectivity

December 17, 2009 by

Web Hosting ServicesDALLAS – CoreXchange, the fastest growing provider of IT and network infrastructure services, announced the expansion of data center capacity with the launch of its new Dallas data center. Located at 8600 Harry Hines Boulevard, the CoreXchange Connection significantly increases the company’s data center footprint to meet a growing demand for managed colocation infrastructure from existing and new customers.

Customers at the new CoreXchange Connection facility can colocate their servers and applications with the same level of Tier-1 Internet backbone and carrier access, performance, and customer support as those customers in the CoreXchange Dallas Infomart facility. Using CoreXchange’s proprietary bandwidth Pricing Configurator tool, customers can create a network access profile that best meets their requirements from the CoreXchange multi-homed mesh of BGP-routed Tier-1 backbone carriers and cross-connects to all major carriers, including direct connect to the Dallas Equinix facility.

“Offering the highest performing network and service customization, we’ll continue to deliver the best customer solution for the best possible price,” said Julia Morgan, sales executive for CoreXchange. “And with more data center capacity and a growing list of network backbone partners, we’ll have even greater opportunity to create satisfied customers.”

The CoreXchange Connection is located only eight miles from downtown Dallas and two miles from Love Field Airport. Phase I build out of the new facility consists of an initial 20,000 square feet, with planned expansion to 100,000 square feet to meet ongoing customer demand. Half cabinets, full cabinets and customized cage solutions are available.

The CoreXchange Connection features the same enterprise-class level of data center fault tolerance as in the Infomart facility, including redundant UPS, generator, and cooling capacity; 24-hour staffing of the company’s network operations center; and free remote technical support and network-layer managed services.
