Parallels Small Business Panel 10.1 Updated for Increased Ease-of-Use and Simplicity

Web Hosting ServicesRENTON, WA – Cloud-enablement leader, Parallels, today released Parallels Small Business Panel 10.1, featuring a number of enhancements to make the solution even more user-friendly and simple, including a new migration tool, an easy set-up wizard and file sharing capabilities. The new version also introduces a product demo mode and additional customer language pack tools to enable users to add their own custom language packs.

The migration tool allows customers that are currently on Parallels Plesk Panel 9 to seamlessly move to the new Parallels Small Business Panel 10.1 without fuss or the risk of losing data. It also creates the opportunity to upgrade shared hosting clients to a new VPS specifically designed for small business customers. A new set-up wizard makes it even easier for customers to install and setup the entire system. The file sharing feature is now available on Windows versions, making both Linux and Windows functionality equivalent.


“Parallels Small Business Panel is specifically designed to be as easy to use as possible, supporting the needs of non-technical business users,” said Jack Zubarev, President of Service Provider Division, Parallels. “This update builds on this, introducing very simple tools such as the set-up wizard and migration utility so that small businesses can adopt it very quickly and easily.”

For partners who are selling the product, a new demo mode allows the software to be safely embedded on a web site for a full demonstration. Parallels Small Business Panel 10.1 supports five languages but a new Customer Language Pack can be utilized if a customer needs to include a language that is currently not on the software.

Parallels Small Business Panel 10.1 is available in English, German, Japanese, Spanish, French, Chinese Simplified and Russian.

The offering is available through retail, lease, or the Parallels Partner Program.
