Latitude Expands SEO Relationship With iomart Group

May 14, 2010 by

Web Hosting ServicesLONDON, UK – Leading digital marketing agency Latitude has announced the expansion of its SEO contract with managed hosting, cloud computing and data centre services giant iomart Group plc.

Latitude’s relationship with the iomart Group now stretches to three of the AIM-listed company’s key brands: RapidSwitch, Netintelligence and Internetters.

RapidSwitch has grown from a two-man start-up to become the UK’s leading dedicated server hosting specialist, with over 4,000 servers hosted. Founded with the aim of becoming the country’s biggest dedicated server hosting provider, RapidSwitch has gone from strength to strength with a reputation for outstanding customer service, reliable server hosting and a firm commitment to social responsibility.

The second service, Netintelligence, was established in response to global demand for online delivery of reliable internet security and safety software. Catering to businesses of all sizes, the service is leading the switch from traditional security and safety software to more streamlined, cost-effective online platforms. Its success was proven most recently when it was announced that it was chosen to provide the e-safety software to support the UK Government’s Home Access initiative in providing laptops and internet access for children from low income families.

Finally, Latitude has also been appointed to boost the SEO performance of domain hosting and email services provider Internetters. The ICANN-accredited domain name registrar is looking to enhance its reputation for simple, affordable domain hosting and flexible, inclusive business email packages.

With the services covering everything from server and domain hosting to email services and internet security, SEO is a huge priority for the iomart Group. Having appointed Latitude to promote its core business in 2009, iomart has trusted the agency to continue building its profile in 2010.

Phil Worms, Marketing Director for iomart said of the contract: “We foresee demand for managed server hosting, domain hosting, online software delivery and cloud computing services growing significantly over the next ten years. Therefore, we need to be ready to capitalise on new opportunities, as well as meet new challenges. With everything we’ve seen from Latitude, who consistently raised the bar for our SEO performance over the last year, the agency is the perfect partner to take us forward.”

Alex Hoye, CEO of Latitude, added: “We’re delighted to take our relationship with iomart to the next level. In just 12 years, they’ve become one of Europe’s major players in web hosting. Now, with more businesses relying on server hosting and complete internet management solutions, they’re in prime position to become a global leader. We’re thrilled to help them deliver right across the web.”

Latitude’s continuing relationship with the iomart Group signifies the growth of one of its newest accounts, with other clients including Tesco Mobile, Land Rover and Bet365 cementing the agency’s place at the forefront of the digital marketing industry.
