SpamExperts Launches a Revamped User Interface in 15 Languages

September 13, 2013 by

Web Hosting ServicesAmsterdam – SpamExperts, the leading provider of professional email security solutions from Amsterdam, today announces the launch of a completely redesigned version of its Spampanel. The new interface features the general and new functionalities for different user groups in a brilliant new look.

Given the highly dynamic IT environment, SpamExperts constantly re-investigates how they can simultaneously create value for the customer as well as for the own company. SpamExperts’ new interface is even more intuitive and enhances the user experience. Moreover, it is available in 15 languages. Admins, resellers, domain-admins and users will agree: it’s easy, it’s shiny, it’s friendly!

Beginning with the release today, the new Spampanel will be installed as default for all new Local Cloud Clients and will be further deployed to all existing Local Cloud clients in the next months.

Dreas van Donselaar, CTO of SpamExperts, stated: “We are overjoyed to be able to announce this release. Continuing our dedication to development, SpamExperts’ challenge was to achieve a strong and functional user interface to seamlessly support customer capabilities and needs. We will keep on working to offer more and more clients the holistic experience which the Spampanel has for them, by deploying it within the shortest time possible. Tests and trials have shown excellent feed-back of this layout among our clients. Feel free to take a look at http://demo1.spambrand.com/ (username: admin; password: demo)”.

The exciting features include the spam quarantine, the delivery queue, users and permissions management, cluster statistics and others. One of the great benefits of the SpamExperts solution is that the system cluster can be branded and taught via the Spampanel interface. All the suspicious emails associated with a domain are stored in a Spam Quarantine system. These can be sent as PDF or HTML files which summarize spam and viruses that the filtering service has protected the domain or address from, with direct release from quarantine options. Thus, the cluster can easily be trained which messages are legitimate, and shares such new knowledge with all SpamExperts clients world-wide. SpamExperts delivery queuing via the same user interface adds an extra redundancy level when the destination server cannot be reached. Queued messages are pushed to the destination mail server when reachable again, preventing email from ever being lost or bounced back to the sender.
