Level 3’s Content Analytics service – an interactive, rich Internet application – tracks up to 100,000 URLs per CDN caching property, a level of reporting that far exceeds today’s standard industry practices. Under the terms of the agreement, Level 3 will augment the services it already delivers to Telekenex to include private line and Ethernet-based high-speed Internet services. Level 3’s connections enable Telekenex to connect all of its locations via a private high-speed network, and also allow the company to deliver to its customers network connectivity up to 10 Gigabits per second – enough capacity to transport 128 simultaneous high-definition video downloads per second – supported by Level 3 service level agreements.
