AIS Network Issues “Easy Come, Easy Go” Pledge for Cloud Hosting Customers

Web Hosting ServicesReston, VA – Businesses that are wary of cloud computing, have no fear. Hosting pioneer AIS Network is beginning the new year with a reassuring “Easy Come, Easy Go” pledge: “We know you’ll love the AISN Cloud. But, if it’s not for you, we’ll help you leave and you can take all of your data with you.”

“AISN is no ‘Hotel California.’ We’re not some luxury resort where you can check out any time you like but you can never actually leave,” said AISN CEO Jay Atkinson, referring to the title song of the 1977 Eagles album of the same name.

“We’re not hostage takers. It’s your data, and we won’t take it hostage. That’s our pledge,” he said.

“We make it easy for you to leave, unlike so many cloud hosting companies who make getting out of a hosting or cloud computing service agreement an absolute nightmare. We are that confident that our clients will love the AISN Cloud. So confident that we will give our cloud customers a copy of their virtual machines in our cloud, if they request.”

Atkinson said that because cloud computing provides significant cost savings and operational advantages, businesses are increasingly signing on as cloud customers despite lingering security concerns.

“If, for any reason, you decide that cloud computing is not for your business, you will always be able to get your data back when you leave the AISN Cloud,” said Atkinson of his company’s SSAE 16 Type II-compliant cloud environment. By offering copies of customer virtual machines, moving data to another provider or in-house just became much easier, he said.

AISN, a proven leader in enterprise-class hosting solutions for Microsoft SharePoint, has network operations centers in the Washington, DC, and Chicago metropolitan areas. The 19-year-old AISN is recognized as a pioneer in managed hosting. Within the last two years, the company has doubled in size and opened a second office.
